Jim Haney, President of WMC, said, "There is no question we spent a lot of money-I would say not purchasing the election, but educating the electorate.” One can only hope that Haney keeps his day job and does not become a teacher. If the postcard is education, then 30-second spots should be worth 2 UW credits each.
